some massive redevelopment recently and boasts many redeveloped condominiums
with a historic feel. This area is highly sought after.
The Lofts on Frederick St. only has 12 Lofts in the top two floors of the 4 storey building. Ceiling heights are 11 feet high, hardwood throughout a majority of the lofts. The only downside to this place is that parking is available in the building on a monthly rental basis. Yes, i did not enjoy hearing that also. But i hear its very affordable. This building has a small number of unites and they rarely come on the market, when they tend to hit the market they tend to be sold quickly.
