Tip Top Tailor Building is a historic property by at the hub of Toronto's waterfront. Built in 1929 by Bishop & Miller for the Toronto clothing retailer, the Art Deco building was a warehouse and office facility.

In spring 2002 it was masterfully redeveloped into a combination of hard and soft lofts (ask us for more details on this) Tip Top Lofts by Context Development Inc.

The re-built loft project was officially registered in August 2006.

Another exciting possibility for the area is the convenience of the Real Canadian Superstore slated for the NE corner of Bathurst and Lake Shore.  You also have immediate access to transit, trails and the gardiner.
